Little House on the Prairie, also known as Laura Ingalls Wilder's Little House on the Prairie, is a five-hour miniseries which was broadcast on ABC as part of The Wonderful World of Disney anthology series. It was made in 2004. It was directed by David L. Cunningham.

Charles Ingalls decides to uproot his wife and daughters from their Wisconsin home to claim a new parcel of land on the Kansas Prairie.
Indians approach the house while Charles Ingalls is away, terrifying Laura and Mary. Caroline is delighted to meet Mr. and Mrs. Scott, the family's kind but odd new neighbors. Illness forces the family to depend on the kindness of a new stranger.
Fire threatens the Ingalls' home. Charles has difficulty bartering. Laura becomes fascinating with the Indians who live nearby.
Charles is attacked by a mountain lion. The growing number of Indians establishing camps nearby has the family feeling threatened.
Caroline und Charles are glad to see the Indians have signed a treaty to relocate. Although, Laura seems sad to see them go.
