Mr. Patrick (1998)
Mr. Patrick is an American sitcom that first aired on June 8th, 1998, and ran mostly on Fox TV and Nickelodeon until 2001. It follows a bumbling, goofy, clumsy loner who tries to make it through life living in an apartment, using the little brains he has.

Mr. Patrick turns the simple task of making some tea, into a true disaster after a series of accidental accidents.
Mr. Patrick heads into town to do some shopping, working, and soon ends up with a broken neck.
Mr. Patrick, having broken his neck, is returned home from the hospital, and is faced with the challenge of sitting still.
Mr. Patrick heals from his damage, and sets off again to preform his usual, bumbling ways. . .and he does a perfect job.
Mr. Patrick tries to fix a broken radio while battling the TV remote.
The fur will fry as Mr. Patrick tries his best to keep up with his new pet cat, who has a knack for mischief.
Mr. Patrick tries to sleep. . . but, as usual, fails greatly. . . .
After having coming home late from the store, Mr. Patrick ends up locked outside his room. . .which leads to trouble. . . as it always does. . .
When his apartment begins to smell, Mr. Patrick sets out to do some laundry, even if it means a difficult mission.
Mr. Patrick goes on Vacation to a local hotel, where he "accidentally" wrecks havoc and mayhem.
Mr. Patrick is required to take a US Citizenship test, and majorly fails. . .
