Five years after the defeat of the Black Ghost organization and returning to their average lives, the 00 Cyborgs are called back into action to fight off cyborgs based off the Norse Gods, followed by a new enemy organization known as the Neo Black Ghost.

The 00 Cyborgs go to Tibet to investigate strange attacks on a village, only to find that the villagers are worshiping the Norse Gods and being used as slaves to build a shrine. While the cyborgs plan to liberate them, Loki has plans of his own for the cyborgs.....

The 00 Cyborgs head to Austria to stop the gods from destroying a music festival and rescue the daughter of the organizer of the event.

She is on the run from gangsters who wish to know the location of a scientist named "Le Brun". Mayumi explains that she is being targeted by terrorists from an enemy intelligence agency who want Le Brun's research. Can 009 protect her or will he be scrapped?
