Uuden Musiikin Kilpailu 2016 was the fifth edition of Uuden Musiikin Kilpailu (UMK), the music competition that selects Finland's entries for the Eurovision Song Contest. The competition consisted of four shows that commenced with the first of three semi-finals on 6 February 2016 and concluded with a final on 27 February 2016. The four shows were held at the YLE Studios in Helsinki and hosted by Finnish actor/singer/rapper Roope Salminen and 2013 Finnish Eurovision entrant Krista Siegfrids.

"Love Is Blind" performed by Cristal Snow, "Good Enough" performed by Annica Milán and Kimmo Blom and "On It Goes" performed by Mikael Saari qualified to the final.
